Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: I have been in the automotive industry since October of 2005, starting in reception and quickly moving to sales. I was originally with Alberni Chrysler and Alberni Toyota. where I managed the Internet Leads for both dealerships, as well,a Sales Advisor at Toyota until July, 2011.

I am now a Sales Consultant with Dennis Jonsson Motor Products, a GM store in Port Alberni, BC. I also look after the Internet Sales Department.

I have had extensive sales training over the years, even prior to working in the automotive industry. I believe that exceptional customer service is what sets you apart from others. Self Development training is essential to improving your skills and your outlook on life. I have also completed the WomenCertified training with Delia Passi and highly recommend it. I look forward to getting to know my fellow dealerELITE members!
