I have been in the Automotive Industry since May 1975. I started as a sales consultant and have been a GM, GSM, F&I Manager, and a F&I Director. I have been with all of the big 3 at one time or another thru out my career and have a lot of working experience with leadership, development and training. It is not just what I may get out of being a member with DealerElite but also what I may contribute to the group.
