- My General Manager Jim Stanley suggested I check out DealerELITE at this point in my career due to the directions I am heading. I have interest in management, training, GSM, and someday I hope to be a Dealer Principal. I love cars, I love selling, and I really love selling cars. I qualified for GM's Mark of Excellence program in my first year of enrollment and earned more "punches" than anyone else in the dealership.
