I am a female who has been working in the Motor Industry for 15yrs, starting with detailing at my sisters car yard after school, to recepection. I moved from NZ to Australia and found myself selling aftermarket products for Jeep,Holden & Misubishi, from there I continued into vehicle sales for Ford, CSI for Toyota, Marketing for BMW, I have worked for large multi franchised dealership and am currently a F & I Manager & 2IC Sales Manager for Adams Motor Group I'm passionate about learning new things in an industry I have come to respect and love. I have already read a number of blogs from Mark Tewart, the Death of the Traditional Dearlership part 4 runs true, and Im looking forward to sharing it with my sales team in our next scheduled sales meeting.
