We can contribute a lot to your site especially in the area of: buy/sell activity, the process of buying and selling a new car dealership, the things you need to know before embarking on such endeavor, things to avoid, buy/in-buy/out agreements, value of dealerships, franchises and open points.

We are a national dealerships broker company that offers intermediary services for buyers and sellers of new car dealerships. We also offer dealership valuations service and expert testimony as well.

We have had over 25 years of experience in the field, and have consummated well over 600 transactions nationally.

We do not require any retainer or any up-front fee, nor do we expect any reimbursement of costs/expenses.

We work on a success fee only. We get paid only after the client gets paid.

Our headquarters is located in Irvine, CA supported by offices in Utah, New Jersey, Texas, Florida plus two in Canada.
