i have been in the automotive business since 1965 have worked at different dealers over the years .. i have been awarded buick's best in class award .. pontiac's 5 star service excellence attended gm's service manager collage achieved 100% csi . achieved a zero comeback for 6 months (that is a tuff one) i have seen a lot .. some bad and mostly good in this business .. all in the parts and service depts ..
