Throughout my entire career, I've been dedicated to the automotive industry, holding nearly every position in a dealership, including key roles such as Fixed Ops Director and Variable Ops Manager at various West Coast dealerships. This hands-on experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the inner workings of dealerships at every level.

Over the course of the past eight years, my career has been primarily centered around the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealership Management System (DMS) aspects of the automotive business. This unique vantage point has allowed me to uncover underlying flaws in dealership operations that often go unnoticed by many. This revelation has ignited a profound passion within me to revolutionize automotive consulting by developing an entirely new approach.

My vision for this consultancy is to implement a top-down accountability model, ensuring consistency across all levels of dealership operations. This includes regular on-site reviews, rigorous adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs), and a comprehensive approach to address every aspect of dealership management.

One of my core focuses is on customized onboarding for each department, showing dealers how to avoid exorbitant recruitment fees by nurturing talent from within. I believe in transforming dealerships into places where employees thrive, breaking away from the traditional and predictable industry norms.

By prioritizing a holistic approach to dealership consulting, we can unearth and rectify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance. This ultimately leads to a more successful and sustainable business model for automotive dealerships, one that fosters a dynamic, innovative, and thriving work environment.
