Vast experience in Fixed Ops, ability to motivate and capture the right employee and retain, building successful relationships with co workers and most importantly, customers, ability to retain customers with creative marketing and one on one relationships.(Place myself in their shoes)
I started working in the "Wash bay" in 1978, worked my way through the dealership in each position until reaching Service Director status. Now, my goal is to tackle the Sales floor to reach GM / Owner status. My family has been my greatest supporter and my self esteem is passed to my employees. Pride in my position, no matter what, is my drive, this is instilled in my co workers as well.
