I have expertise in all human resources functions from hiring through retention and addressing personnel issues. I have 10 years of experience with Penske and 3 years experience with CarMax. I have proof of concept with reducing turnover from high 100% to mid 20%. I know how to improve and automate processes to save dealerships time and money.

I also have an online talent management portal that takes a person from hire to retire. The program streamlines the process of hiring and managing people.
