My career in the automotive industry has been established on honesty, integrity and a commitment to objectives. I am currently employed by GP Strategies. We specialize in process improvement. Our division specializes in the automotive industry and currently engaging OEM's and large dealer groups strategizing what we call "retooling retail". As you can tell it is a focus on changing the customer, employee and dealer experience we are all used to seeing for the past 20-30 years. We find it critical if you are going to survive in the Auto Industry as it continues its now critical customer and technology driven evolution.
