I have over 14 years of experiences in dealer network and dealership within APAC Region during my tenure with Volvo Group. I have worked in special project in Singapore in 2 phases ; 1 phase - Establishment of Market Company & Dealership in Singapore and Phase 2 : Efficiency program for Singapore Dealership.
With my deep knowledge in Asia Pacific and working culture, I am sure I could offer my opinion and view of points with dealerElite members and at the same time learn from you.
