Over 30 years of automotive experience, almost half working dealerships and the balance working for manufacturers. In dealerships, I managed all Fixed Ops departments but also was a salesperson. I have developed and delivered customized training programs for Sales, Fixed Ops, and CSI improvement. I have worked with almost every manufacturer between dealership and manufacturer experience.
