I have been working exclusively for dealerships for 18 consecutive years. Having held positions as a tech, parts consultant, assistant parts manager, service consultant, service manager and am relied on by the Hoehn family (my employer) for consulting on fixed ops challenges. I have even sold Mercedes-Benz for a short time and have worked for the following manufacturers at the dealership level: Acura, Audi, Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, SAAB, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Isuzu.

I firmly believe the success of the team is dependent upon the success of the individual. I am a highly driven individual in all my endeavors be it work, family or personal challenges.
