I am part of a large dealer group in NH. Our Internet Dept. handles over 2,000 Internet leads a month, as well as all incoming sales calls. We have a centralized BDC, which I manage and month after month we are consistently accounting for over 55% of our sales (which are in excess of 600+).
I want to learn as well as help others with what I have experienced!
