If you don't train your salespeople right, or train them at all, then this can not be achieved...  Most Dealerships don't have any kind of training set up for salespeople.  They just throw them to the wolves and hope they sell something.... 

Training doesn't have to be Expensive, you just need to train and be consistent... get involved, get active, BUT TRAIN...…
