We are looking for 5 Dealers that will share their results here on the Dealer Elite forum. CarChat24 will provide 2 months of free 24/7 fully staffed live dealer chat support, and the leads/appointments our service will produce.

  6. Post your honest opinion of the service and any data that can be used in our case study, as well as any suggestions. Agree to allow us to use the data obtained to be published in our case study.

Ok, The CarChat24/DealerElite.net 2 month 24/7 staffed Dealer Chat case study has started. It looks like we have 3 participants, just need to get Taylor AutoMall's numbers posted. We will be posting results weekly after 9-7-10, so keep an eye on this blog to watch the results unfold.

Super excited for this case study. I'm going to admit something that I probably shouldn't, but I'm a big realist, and need to see, in order to believe. I check in every day on case studies, to see where the "catch" is. When the dealer comes in and says "nope. not working."

...So far? CarChat24 hasn't disappointed.

Can't wait to see all of the sales that come from this case study.
