I am sure most of you know what a 20 group is...
I am wondering what you all feel are IMPORTANT benchmarks for an "Internet Sales 20 Group"??
For example:
* How Many Leads?
* What kind of leads... Internet email Vs. Internet Phone Ups?
* What is the source of the leads?
* How many attempts did you try to engage prospect per month... via email... via phone?
* How many connections per month via email... via phone...?
* How many appointments?
* How many appointment confirmations?
* How many shows?
* How many deliveries?
* How many deaded leads...? Why?
I have worked with a lot of Dealers and GMs and I always have consistant validation that 20 group composites are a HUGE value... so if we are to have a POWERFUL Internet Sales 20 Group, I want to know what variables, benchmarks, data is IMPORTANT to a Dealer Principal, GM, GSM, Internet Director / Manager, BDC Director / Manager etc...

I have a lot more ideas... but I do not want to "lead" anyone's answer.
After I get all the responses... I will add my final thoughts to the post.
