We’re back with another video in our series, Ali Reda’s Road to Sales Success! Bringing you up to speed, we’ve been hearing all about the Five Pillars of High Achievement and using them to boost you up to your next level.
Last week, we talked about clarity. That’s who you are at your best, and when you know the answer to this question it will be so easy to find the other pillars working toward a common goal - your success!
The second pillar of high achievement is intentionality. This poses the question, ‘Where are you going and why?’ The answer to this one usually comes when you’re tired of losing, fed up with the daily grind that doesn’t feel like it’s supposed to. And you’re right! That’s not how it’s supposed to feel.
Energy, the third pillar of high achievement, comes from your intentionality. Consider this: a power plant doesn’t have energy - it generates energy. Your body is the same. You can choose to be energized and alert. Even when you think you’re worn out, you can summon the energy. You just need a motivator - that’s your intentionality.

So, finding your intentionality requires frustration. You almost have to be angry about it. You have to have a monster to tackle and use it as leverage.
“You’re not there to sell a car,
you’re there to accomplish your dreams and goals.”
What is your motivator? Some of us are lucky enough to have a GM like Mr. Red, but we can’t rely on the idea that someone else will find the thing that motivates us. It’s up to you to find your frustration and propel yourself forward with it.
Can I ask you a few questions?
Your intentionality is going to get you to your next level - it’s going to propel you forward, and help you generate the energy you need to get that prize!
