Interesting comment Anne. Not quiet sure I agree with every thing but I get the message and agree with you. I don't believe in equal opportunity and you have to hire the minority. Here is where women and the best get left behind.  I have worked with dealers that women do a better job and don't get the promotion they deserve because of friends with the boss, time on job and so forth. Not only women but all nationality's should be hired in dealerships where you have a mix of people. To me none of these people will make it without on going training.

Like all industries, shifts occur in their own time. The next 10 years will have this 'topic' not be novel at all, I believe.
