Hi Stan,
Great post, I think we all suffer occasionally from the grass is green in the other field syndrome. Management seem to forgot that they need to continually sell the dealership to the sales people. I can't remember the last time I was told how good our dealership is, the advantages of working for them. You can get your staff excited by reminding them of the advantages of the dealership, it had advantages the day you accepted the position. Why not reinforce this regularly and keep that flame lit.
