Imagine Your Customers walking in and knowing you. Looking for You. Wanting you to help them. No More Cold Ups. I have had sales forces go crazy trying to figure out what happened. Why are these People acting like they know me. Well, it is because they feel like they do. They saw you on the Video Email You sent. You took the time to show them the car on video. Not any car. the car they actually requested. You turned the engine on so they can hear it purr and you did a full walk around showing off its features and quality. You quickly gave them an education about yourself and told them you are looking forward to meeting them soon.

The competition sent an auto response letting them know that they will be contacting them soon. You are the customer. Which Sales Department made you feel more comfortable and took you from being a internet shopper to a person that is know attached to the car and the person that showed it to them? Which Sales Department separated itself from all the other replies in that customers in box?

We all know that the faster you reply the better. Yet we forget, The better your reply, the more likely you are to get the first step accomplished. Setting the appointment and getting them into the dealership. So lets say you do that. The next thing that happens is they don't feel attached to anyone so they just work with the person that greets them. Or, with Video Email, even if they forget your name. They well not likely forget your face.
