Hello everyone, my name is Troy Spring, my friends call me Turbo, and I am AWESOME at what I do.  What is it that I do?  Consult dealerships, motivate people and sell them the best value in direct mail you can find.  There, I said it. You know what, it is a crazy world out there where being confident in what you do is sometimes frowned upon.   I think there is a huge difference between Cocky and Confident as well as Arrogance and Confidence.  

I would like to Inspire people to just feel comfortable with saying "Hey, I am great at what I do and I can help you".

If you are great at what you do and you believe you can help others succeed, just say it!   Self promotion is not exactly what social media is about, but I would like to hear from other professionals that think they are great at what they do.   There is no question Mr. Cardone, Mr. Zeiglar, Mr. Anderson, Mr. Lockered  etc think they are great at what they do, it flows through the post and videos every day.... KUDOS to you men and women who know you are great and not afraid to say it and act it.

So if you are great or know of anyone else who is great, lets stand up and say it, get the juices flowing for 2012 and generate the business and good feelings that being AWESOME should generate.   Do not hold back, help others, provide a good life for your family, just let's not cross into arrogant and conceit.  

Here is a special mention, and my vote for AWESOMENESS,  Lizelle Landino from PCG.  She is worthy of the trophy.....   anyone else voting for themselves or someone they feel is worthy?????

There are a lot of cars to be sold and a lot of gross to be made this year regardless of TRUE CAR or Any other crap that might start negative juices flowing.

It is hard to beat AWESOME......
