It is time to prepare for the warmer weather that is right around the corner. In the Auto-Industry we need little reminder that March will soon be here.  What should you do to be prepared?  Are you staffed properly?  Has your staff been properly trained?  How are your manager?  Are they the right ones to take you to the next level?  Are you prepared?  Do we have the right inventory?
