Even though auto sales video has been around 15+ years most dealers do not realize that it has gone through a teenage growth spurt because of smart phones - youtube - and 4G - that has changed everything - and made the initial video tools obsolete. When a dealer says "we already have video" it is like saying they want to bring a knife to a gunfight. Just yesterday I had 5 of 5 appointments show-up after each had received personal videos I sent from the FlickFusion platform. That is twice the expected show-rate. I am not surprised it works that well, but I am surprised that every DP, GM, SM, and BDC director does NOT require it. Is it over-confidence in the old approach or over-skepticism in the new process of online presentation before showroom visit ?  On Saturday I taught a completely inexperienced salesman 'Julio' how-to invite a customer to come-in ... using a dirt-cheap camera .(I can been seen in the distance watching) Half-an-hour after sending this the customer confirmed their appointment and came-in. Whatever happens in the showroom is out-of-my-hands, the best I can do is "just" to make sure every lead becomes a kept appointment.
