Having been a Service Manager, Advisor, Dispatcher, Parts Manager and prior to that a retail store manager I know what drives a business forward. It is a dedication to customer service - "Service to the customer supersedes all other assignments" If the owner of a business truly believes and practices this simple rule customer loyalty will soar. A genuine interest in giving each and every customer the best experience will make everyone happy. Always look for ways to give customers honest value for their money, and genuinely insist that whatever you do is in their best interest.
