Dealer Elite: The Automotive Industry’s Medicine Cabinet for Dealership Cuts, Colds and Headaches

I had an elementary school teacher who claimed that there are no dumb questions other than the question not asked, because you never know who might also have the same question and need an answer but lacks the courage to ask.  With all the great information available on sites like Dealer Elite, why do so many resist the temptation to take advantage of free tips, advice and road maps towards success?

As an active blogger, I am often confronted with comments along the lines of “I wish more managers would read this blog” or “This is something my team should read.”  Outside of a small investment of time to do a little reading, what really is standing in the way?

Look what I found just this week in the first aid kit for dealerships nationwide:

Got a splinter in your finger when it comes to outsourcing your recruiting needs?  Grab an alcohol swab and  “Are You Choosing the Right Recruiting and Training Firm?

Is recruiting and retaining young talent giving you a headache?  Take a single dose of Declassifying Classifieds & Retooling Training to Attract &...

Looking for a band-aid to control the slow bleed of a struggling sales team?  Rip open and apply Salespeople Need to Be Potty Trained

Are your lowest performers upsetting your stomach?  Crack open a bottle of The Best Complement In The World,- THE ONE YOU GIVE!

Is overcoming price objections making your eyes water?  Refresh your eyes with a couple drops of Simple word tracks for success (Part 2): “Compared with?”

Got a sore throat over the decline in morale at your dealership?  Soothe your throat with Where Did All the Fun Go in the Auto Business?

The content on Dealer Elite is like a virtual medicine cabinet for all the ailments of the automotive dealership.  If you can’t find a cure, then your problem requires the immediate attention of a professional.  Call 411 immediately!

Thank you, Tony.  I think it might have been the spicy Thai food that inspired the creativity, but more than likely it was my concern for getting the word out.  I am still amazed at how much information is freely shared in this forum and I had to shout from the mountain tops.  It is like find a good deal on designer shoes.....lol.

BC, you know how I get when I see a soap box...lol.  It is hard for me not to cheer on with the crowd when the game is getting good.  Thank you for the compliment.  Personally, I have to thank you for helping me get motivated and going on DE.  I came kicking and screaming at first, but I am actually enjoying interacting with everyone here and this interaction has benefited me greatly, personally and professional.  YOU SO TOTALLY ROCK!!!
