Next week, July 24-25th at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel, dealers from across the country who want to improve their BDC/Internet processes are heading to the Digital Warrior Academy (DWA) for training.  

The DWA program was designed by PCG Consulting and lead by Marc McGurren.  Marc was recognized in 2011 by Wards Auto as having one of the highest performing GM Internet stores in the country.

We all know that staff, management, and/or CRM changes can disrupt the processes inside the dealership designed to properly handle Internet leads and calls.  Even in stable BDC environments, there is always room to improve.

That's why I decided to offer Dealer Elite members an opportunity to attend the July Digital Warrior Academy training for free through  a scholarship program.   Registration is normally $995 per person.

How To Receive A DWA Scholarship

PCG Consulting will offer 5 scholarships worth $995 each to the July DWA training in Grapevine, Texas which is minutes from DFW airport.  To qualify for a scholarship, please follow these easy steps:

1. Get authorization from management that you can leave the dealership on Monday night July 23rd and return on Wednesday night July 25th.
2. Calculate your expenses for approval:  Roundtrip airfare to DFW airport and two nights at hotel at $139/night are your responsibility.
3. Have your GM or Manager send me an email requesting the scholarship for Digital Warrior Academy and that they will approve your travel and hotel costs.  They can send the email to: brian@pcgmailer.com.
4. The first five people who complete these steps will be contacted, verified, and approved once we receive their email.  Please put the words "Dealer Elite Scholarship for DWA" in the email subject line.
