New hires come into our business with the perspective of a consumer, not the instincts of a trained and experienced sales person. This "assessment" seems focused on those who have already been trained. Is this assessment designed for complete "newbies" or trained and seasoned professionals?

We do not look at this as promoting the company, rather a recommendation of proven effective Sales Simulator system in which Hire The Winners is allowing all dE members to use until the end of March.
(We have not found another product like this, we have searched)
We believe the dE retail members will enjoy using this during their morning Sales meetings and have many productive conversation's focused on improving.
I'm confused. Is DealerELITE now promoting products and services? It seems it is straying from the original intent
If this assessment is to be given to new hires with no sales experience, and we expect them to do well, we're in for a shock. This might be for someone who has already received sales training. Are we really expecting new Gen Y hires to be this intuitive pre-training?
It wouldn't give me the results of mine either. Anyone know how we get our results?
Thomas: Ralph and I both have used this tool and we agreed to do this together, to support our member's on ADM and dE.
Ralph has used HTW in the past and our dealer Group uses this today.
Ralph got the same script:
