David Lewis & Associates will be launching our #DLACrushITWednesday campaign to honor our partner’s female workforce, on the second Wednesday of every month.

Automotive dealerships typically employ 40-50 plus ranging from executive level, sales, and administrative positions. Women in car dealerships are part of the fastest growing employment statistic - with some enjoying positions in high level management.

David Lewis and Associates would like that trend to continue. We are looking to highlight those women who have left their mark on our industry.

We will be contacting many women within the dealerships which DLA are proud to partner in a brief interview and celebrate those who excel in their role as an automotive professional. The piece will highlight their accomplishments within their organization along with their commitment to the customer’s experience.

Recipients will receive a special gift basket and be featured as part of our #WCW #DLACrushITWednesday campaign.

Winners must be an active partner of David Lewis & Associates or completed one of our in-dealership workshops, DLA Online, or attended a training session at our Philadelphia Learning Center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, within the last 30 days of each entry.
