I find that to many Sales People start off on the wrong foot. It starts with the meet and greet.
I see a widespeard approach with lack-luster entiuasm, energy, excitment, professionalism. It seems the
Sales-Person has already looked at the trade, made a determination that the Guest is buried alive in it,

and that God, the Pope and Jesus cannot get them out of it.

The Salesman has looked at the Customers clothes and has already made pre-judgements based what
they precieve to be a Non-buyer. I admit, I have a few Van Halen Tee-shirts, but I am also in the 700 club,

and can buy whatever I want.

My point is this. I have been at the same Dealership for Nine years, and approach every single deal with the
same unbridled excitment. As far as I am concerned, everyone can buy until they prove me incorrect. Lawyers,

Doctors, Janitors, sweepers, cleaners, Nurses, they all have a right to be treated as if they are the last Customers
on this Planet Earth

Salesmen, approach your deal with blinders on, show the customers how bad you want thier business,'

go the extra Mile, treat the ones that can't buy even better, the Referral train will come rambling thru for you.

I promise you, you will go from selling 6-10 cars a month, to 15 to 25 in a hurry.
