I was surprised by a post that I saw on AutoNews today.
Apparently Toyota has a commercial out with Kyle Busch singing "Everyone needs a second chance" as a pun. "Experts" suggest that Toyota is pulling a subliminal messaging act, trying to get their customers to forgive their problems with quality that have occurred in the past.
I'm not a psychological expert. If Toyota is using subliminal messaging (which they're denying) then great for them.
That's not my point. You guys have read enough of my stuff to know that I like to think a little deeper than the surface.
My question to you is: Do companies like Toyota, or people in general, deserve a second chance? Do you think Toyota made one too many mistakes like an abusive relationship? Should consumers forgive Toyota? Or give up on them?
Discuss.
*PS: Just so you guys know, and because I adore you so much, CarChat24 is going to be releasing a brand new product that's going to be blowing our Automotive Live Chat competition out of the water. (Friendly, of course!). Be prepared!
