We finished the year at 126% of our objective and that was a 43% increase for new cars from the previous year, and a 44% increase in used, now hows that for FRANTASTIC, and as you very well know that's in a town w.here my toughest competition is our own group. Now i'm very confident in my abilities but with your training you have made that whole process a lot easier. We hired a couple of more sales people that I want to get through your training and have a refresher course for myself and everyone else. I want 150% of our objective and a total increase of 50% for 2011, now how huge will that be when I do that. For a person like myself who has hit the 500 point in cars sold for a year, I have seen all of them, Cardone, Ziegler Super Syastems and a shitload of others. Fran is real, his tringing gets to the point of selling cars and actually helps the attendies do what they do. He shows real life props no techno BS. I learned more in two days than I ever did at any other training. I am glad the owners brough him in. They did it for thier employees. Can your owner say that. "IF" the sales teams, including managers and directors, follow his lead then there's no telling how far any of us can go. It's hard work and a daily commitment.
