We are looking for 5 Dealers that will share their results here on the Dealer Elite forum. CarChat24 will provide 2 months of free 24/7 fully staffed live dealer chat support, and the leads/appointments our service will produce.

  6. Post your honest opinion of the service and any data that can be used in our case study, as well as any suggestions. Agree to allow us to use the data obtained to be published in our case study.

Sun Toyota October 1st through the 7th (Week 1)

Total Unique Visitors: 2323
Total Website Leads without Chat Leads: 61
Lead Conversion % without Chat Leads: 2.62%
Total CarChat24 Leads/Appointments/Queries: 19
Total Conversion % with Chat Leads: 3.44%
Total Lead Conversion % increase: 31%

7 cars sold via CarChat since we started the program and 2 of them this month already. With 2 appointments scheduled in the next 72 hours.

Great numbers from both dealers so far :). 130% increase on Reno Toyota's conversion was excellent, and now that the Reach Local issue has been resolved on Sun Toyota, their increase in conversion percentage should be much higher in October. We expect a minimum of a 50 to 60% increase with all of our clients, and should see at least that with Sun Toyota.

Sepember 2010 Final chat lead results have been emailed to the dealers, and you should be seeing their September results posted soon.

We will wait to send out the 4th week numbers, and include the last 2 days of the month. So you should see final September numbers posted after October 1st.

Note: Taylor AutoMall has been removed from the case study for lack of participation, as they never posted their 3rd week results. We also had some doubts about their traffic based on the amount of chat activity we have seen as compared to the rest of our clients that have similar traffic.
