We are looking for 5 Dealers that will share their results here on the Dealer Elite forum. CarChat24 will provide 2 months of free 24/7 fully staffed live dealer chat support, and the leads/appointments our service will produce.

  6. Post your honest opinion of the service and any data that can be used in our case study, as well as any suggestions. Agree to allow us to use the data obtained to be published in our case study.

All three dealers have posted their second week results! We should see an increase in Sun Toyota leads now that the reach local issues has been resolved. Looking forward to watching the results unfold durring this 2 month case study :)

Numbers for the second week have been sent, and we should be seeing the post from the 3 dealers soon. Note: We are not currently seeing anywhere near the amount of visitor traffic on our end that was required for the study from Taylor AutoMall, but will give it some time to see if it increases.

Thank you for getting the numbers straightened out, and for getting your first weeks numbers posted.

Please Note: Sun Toyota is using Reach Local, and Reach Local visitors are not able to access chat at this time. We are waiting for them to fix the issue, and when fixed, we expect to see a much higher volume of leads. Currently the numbers posted do not reflect our normal conversion increase on Sun Toyota at 28%, it should be at least over 50%.

Our June and July numbers that we posted earlier included 3rd party lead provider data. We apologize for the inconvenience and here are the correct numbers.
