Future Charging Tech and the Best Tech Products to Use

One of the main electronics that we use each day are changing electronics and that would be because we own so many portable devices. Our smartphones are the main portable devices that many people own, however, it doesn't stop there as there are tablets and laptops too. The thing with most smartphones is that they’re starting to have large battery capacities and this is really good as people are able to use their phones for a longer duration of a tie. At the same time, you have to recharge your phone for a longer period of time and that can be quite frustrating.

However, if there’s one thing that’s on the rise it would be charging technologies that are able to charge your devices at a faster-charging rate. This means that having a high battery capacity doesn’t mean that you have to charge your devices for a longer period of time. Another thing to consider with this device

In this post, I’m going to be going over the best charging electronics that you should be using on the market and I’m also going to be going over the best charging technologies that are able to charge at a faster rate and which ones are basically the future of charging. Let’s take a closer look.

USB Wall Chargers

A wall charger is basically the type of charging electronic that you’re most likely familiar with and that’s because they come with most of the new devices that we purchase. Most smartphones and tablets come with wall charger and the best part about getting the wall charger for that certain devices is that it’s likely able to charge it at ist max charging speed.

However, even though wall chargers that come with your device are powerful, the main flaw that they have is that they don’t have many USB charging ports. Most of the time they only have a single port and that can be limiting if you want to charge many devices at once. That why it’s wise to purchase your wall charger from other brands that actually sell wall charger with more than just a single port. Such as Anker, who has a PowerPort 4 wall charger that has four USB charging ports with each of the reports having a charging speed of 5V/2.4A. That said, if you want to charge many devices at once along with Quick Charge then we recommend getting something like the PowerPort 4 wall charger.

There are also USB charging stations that are basically just like wall charger but they have a lot more ports and so you can treat them as charging hubs for friends and family. For example, Aukey is another brand that makes charging electronics and they have a USB charging station that makes use of 6 ports and two of the ports use Quick Charge. As a result, you’re able to fast charge two Quick Charge compatible devices at their max charging speed.

Portable Chargers

Power banks are a fast growing charging electronic and the reason for that is because they’re able to charge our portable devices while we’re on-the-go. The great thing about the portable charger is that they’re highly versatile and that means they have high capacities that are about o charge smartphones and large devices to full power many times over. While there are also still the best small power banks that have lower capacities which are only able to charge smartphones only once or twice. Those small power banks have weaker charging though.

What makes owning a power bank really good is that they’re able to implement the latest charging tech, and some of the best power banks on the market are the ones that are using Quick Charge tech and also the ones that are using USB-C Power Delivery. The reason for that is because they’re able to charge larger devices such as laptops that are compatible with USB-C while you’re on the go and not have to rely on a large power adapter for charging.

Car Chargers

Now, car charging might seem like a weak way to charge your smartphone, but it’s actually one of the most helpful ways to charge your smartphone and other devices while you’re driving. The reason for that is because we don’t use our devices while we’re driving or at least we shouldn’t and while our devices are charging while we’re driving, by the time that we reach our destination we have devices that are powered up and ready to be used again.

Another way that car chargers are helpful charging electronics is that you could be using Google Maps and not know where you are and navigate with the app. Navigation apps use a lot of power and that can result in a dead battery. Having a dead battery while you’re in a location that you don’t know can be scary and the use of a car charger can be very helpful to prevent your smartphone from dying on you.

Power Charging Tech

The two most famous charging technologies on the market are Quick Charge and USB-C Power Devliery

Quick Charge is one of the most well-known charging technologies and that would be because it’s used with a lot of Android smartphones. That’s because most Android smartphones use Qualcomm Snapdragon processors and so you’re able to use a Quick Charge charging electronic to charge them at a faster rate. The great thing about Quick Charge is that it increases the Voltage and therefore you’re able to have more of a fast charging speed for a constant amount of time.

That said, the main flaw with Quick Charge is that it can’t be universal and that’s where USB-C Power Delivery comes in.

USB-C Power Delivery

USB-C is the new standard of charging that’s being with all sorts of new devices and not just smartphones. Tablets and laptops are now using USB-C as it offers a better way for connectivity and it also offers faster charging. The fast charging is called Power Delivery and it’s basically a charging method that’s able to output power at 100W (potentially) and that’s what makes USB-C more universally usable as the same charger that you use to charge your smartphone is going to be able to charge your laptop soo and that means we’ll only have to use a single charging electronic for charging all of our devices.
