Sally you couldn't of said it better! As you know turning a dealership service department around is a very difficult task that takes time, effective leadership, and a consistent effort, but the rewards are plentiful. I take pride in coaching and training entire Fixed Ops Departments but the best part is getting to know what motivates each individual through taking the time to learn their passion. If we work with managers who use this method, we know we will be 100% successful!
