What happened to actually EARNING a great review. I got an email from a company today that offers their reputation management company that will post reviews, to my clients, that I FABRICATE for just $97/mo. WOW! How terrible is that?!? If you treat a customer well, you earn the right to ask them for their business. Reviews should be earned by providing good service to a client. Not just because it's BS to future customers though; bogus reviews prevent you from making ourselves look in the mirror. When you get a bad review, accept it, look at it like 'college tuition' because it's the price you pay to learn how to be a better you.
