Throughout the day think about how many times an outside influence has attempted to stop your momentum? One can’t even turn on a radio station without enabler’s who are intent on imposing their agenda; spew their negativity. Can’t even buy a box of Cap’n Crunch cereal without being harassed by impatient Iris complaining about the cost of her mocha late’ thing’a ma jig.
Then there are the newspapers’ printing stories about how bad the supplies of new cars are for dealerships. Experts galore appear out of nowhere to provide “advice” on how to beat the dealer at his/her own game. Open up a web browser at any time from any of the numerous portals and you’ll find articles on “What to do when you buy your next car”.
What’s a person to do when confronted with all that outside manipulation? The answer is easier than it appears; it’s as simple as maintaining enthusiasm.
“I feel sorry for the person who can’t get genuinely excited about his work. Not only will he never be satisfied, but he will never achieve anything worthwhile” - Walter Chrysler

There is no substitute for enthusiasm! When members of a team are enthusiastic, the whole team becomes highly energized. Energy produces power!
Momentum can only be halted when its driving force is allowed to be altered. Smile at impatient Iris, turn off that silly news station, and don’t read those negative articles.
I say booooo to those who don’t see the power of enthusiasm. I take responsibility for my own enthusiasm! Attitude is a choice – and that includes your enthusiasm. Believe in what you do and focusing in on those positive beliefs will help you act and speak positively about what you’re doing. Focus on the purpose and not the outcome!

That's a great video and a nice addition to the blog. Only wish I had the rights to it...be nice cash flow :)
Enthusiasm is contagious....so is lack of enthusiasm--Vince Lombardi
Gr8 pick-me-up this morning Joe! The day I stop having fun at what I am doing is the day I begin looking for another gig. My wife jokes that she has never seen anyone excited about going to work-I love it. It is not the normal grind day in and day out and we have the power make a difference in our customers' and our employees' lives every single day.
