When I ran an internet department and we needed a specific previously owned vehicle and did not have it in stock, we put in a request to the UCM to find one. 9 out of 10 times he did not find what we needed and we lost countless sales due to lack of inventory. So, we attempted the tried and true method of switching the client – guess what – it rarely worked. How are you assisting your clients, referrals, customer base, etc to find the exact used car they are looking for?
