I was in a store consulting a new client today.  I was working with a brand new BDC Manager that is not experienced and is learning the business.  I found myself quoting Jim today, "I will study my profession as if I was studying for a masters degree".  Great quote.

Jim, I've known you for about 20 years and like a fine wine you've only gotten better with the years.  You were good when you first started training.  But I think your style, technique, body language, pacing, inflection, sincerity and understanding of this business in the current real time mode has only gotten better.
