I really enjoy watching Gordon Ramsey. Almost all of his shows (Hells Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, etc) have a comon theme when it comes to cooking. Keep it simple, keep it fresh. It's as easy as keeping a simple menu to choose from, to the actual food you serve. I've noticed that if you do this, your business will flourish.

  So, I was thinking about how this can play into our dealership. I thought of something recently that I wanted to try, and so far I've had pretty good reults. So, I thought I'd share;

  I opened a Google Voice account about a year ago to help connect through text with my BDC leads. (which helped a ton!) I wrote a Blog about that. If you want, I'll post it here also. Anyway, How else can I utilize this AWESOME tool? Well, I now posted the Google Voice # on each of my VDP's right next to the price. It's a simple text saying "Questions? Text: (8--)555-1234" I'm now getting people to connect more. It's a little different then chat but equally effective. The cool thing about it is, you capture the customers ph # automatically!

  This is a simple thing. I haven't seen a lot of people using it. ie Fresh. It works. Best of all... FREE!
