Leadership, There are so may ways to define it , however narrowing them down to the most important aspects strarts with Having A Concrete Vision...Be direct- People must understand what your vision is and that they are being asked to be a huge part of it. Change is coming, and they will either be on the bus or at the Bus Stop. Get people excited..The is no underestimating passion. People have to not only know what's in it for them, but they must be positive about the upcoming changes. Present the vision and then get them excited.They must accept it and share it as the ambassadors to your dealerships' success. Jump in the boat with them...People must know that everyone is in this together.They must understand that your success as a leader/coach is linked to their success Grounding you team in a Group Culture.. This is one of the toughest assignments as a leader/coach especially in this day and age of rampant individualism But this is what great organizations have accomplished, by having the people around you who share the same values you do as they will be the messengers. Vest people in the process..People have to know that they are an integral part of the group and thatm their success and the groups success is one and the same.

Good leaders practice what they preach. They do not expect others to do things that they themselves would not do. They lead by setting an example to their community and followers. The influence by action.
