My update:

Mac Man,

I am going as scheduled as far as my getting up to speed with my training. The most significant thing I have found out is what you stressed and emphasized is, the WELCOME. When it is nailed, it is "CHERRY". I got my first and hope many, many more spiritual moments, when my very first customer told me that she "TRUSTS ME". I now understand more, how this industry of Sales Consultants, have fallen into dire straits, and needs to be be reborn. The word trust is at a premium, and I am soooooooo glad that the Mac Man Drove that point home about being a "PROFESSIONAL". A true professional will automatically gain the trust that is needed, to help restore the integrity, of the 21st Century Sales Consultant that has become technologically advanced, that more importantly will enable & empower the automobile buyer, the freedom to spend, without the thought of getting ripped off by us "The Consultants" .

John Its not ROCKET SCIENCE even though there are alot of space cowboy sales consultants straight from NASA fighting the law, shooting the sheriff, and losing!!

   Keep doing what I taught you... and you will make it look EASY!

What a good feeling it is when a customer tells you they trust you! THAT my friend means you EARNED it...
