In the words of the philosopher Tupac, "I don't want it if it's that easy." If you take the first offer, customers thing they left money on the table. We've got to keep the theatrics in our car deal. As much as customers "don't want to fight" they do want a little tension to feel they got a good deal. Ever had a customer offer you 1k less than advertised price? They want to feel the got a deal above and beyond. Great reminder guys thank you.
