Dealers can make so much more money and retain more clients if they had trained, dedicated sales representatives. I create dedicated, fresh sales people from inception, tailored for your store, franchise and demographics without any bad habits. They will posses a strong focus on client development, CSI, and follow up just to mention a few. In addition, if dealers would only reach out and make an effort to get into the accessory sales business, they would add ridiculous revenue as I have proven time after time.

I agree with you Jeffrey, sales is a very important aspect for any business and having experienced professionals in the sales department is an added advantage for any company. Thank you for bringing up the point for discussion. Hope everyone else also adds their views .
