Marketing 101: How to find out what works and what doesn’t work in Internet Marketing.

I have been in Internet marketing for many years now and I have seen it evolve. Though, I learn something new everyday. I am a Professional Internet Business Consultant. I work with many different industries from Landscape Contractors to Dentists and Lawyers. I have sold all types of Internet Marketing from Sponsored Links (Adwords or Pay Per Click), Local Map section or One Box placement, Local Organic Customer Connection Pages, Social Media, News Articles, Blogs, Web Design, and Search Engine Optimization. In some instances all of these work and combined they are a great way to dominate the front page of Google and the other search engines. But lets face it we don’t have unlimited amounts of money to dump into each one of these. What I can tell you is there are ways today to see what is most cost effective for your business and the search terms available.

Where are most of your clients typing into the search engines to find what they are looking for and more importantly for you is your website optimized for that keyword or phrases in the area that you service. You may say I only service a small area a few cities or maybe you service the whole state or country. No problem. What you need to do is take the time to sit down with a professional and allow them to walk you through the strengths and weaknesses of your website. Show you your competition and what they are doing and how to improve your websites content, back links and answer a few simple questions that are asked by the search engines to get your website in front of your competition. In case you don’t know that front pages of the search engines (Google, Yahoo and bing) are like beach front property, there are only so many places and they keep getting more expense to own so get them while you can. Bobby, there are many different features in a website that make them Pop. And what I mean Pop is getting them ranked on the first page and ultimately the #1 position for the keywords that being searched for the most for the services you provide. Out of the 3 you listed Text content would be the most important. Pictures and Graphics are not noticed by the search engines, they are only pleasing to the eye. Lets face it it if no one can find your website who cares what it look like. I would like to show you first hand what I can do.
