Interesting technology Paul.

That being said-for one on one follow-up-would you encourage skipping the step of actual dialing and making multiple attempts/connections to get the customer live on the phone?

A voicemail ultimately is a gateway toward a live phone conversation-but if you skip the dialing and go straight to a voicemail-do you miss the opportunity of getting a live call?

A live call gives you the best opportunity because more so than not there will be an objection-without a live phone call and just leaving voicemails are you depending on the customer to call you back?

It seems to me that this is an area that low-cost high-tech must replace high-cost HR simply because it is far more miss-than-hit to keep "pounding-the-phones".
