We all have giants or obstacles that try to keep us from succeeding in our profession every given day. Obstacles seem to try to always get in the way of our dreams and aspirations. In life we all have two choices; we can quit and live in mediocrity and deal with that, or we can rise up and claim the victory that we deserve because we choose to take action.

So often so many stand still never choosing to look for the actions that result in increase. They get stuck managing the actions of the day instead of increasing the actions for the day. I’m sure that you have heard or read the old saying “If you always do what you’ve always done then you will always get what you’ve always got” no truer words can be spoken when it comes to our industry. Our success is directly based on our actions and how we manage them within our daily game plan. 

Sadly, there seems to be a culture of staying the same, not putting any energy within the motions, never rocking the boat and settling for what the day brings. I say get moving, better yet get running, ROCK that boat, make tidal waves and bring incredible amounts of action to everyday..

Please don’t settle for the ordinary when you can be extraordinary! The battle you have to fight today is the highway to tomorrow’s success. You have to change your thinking in order to possess the greatness within you.  Push away any negative thoughts and start choosing true thoughts that say I am incredible, amazing and gifted. Declare that you are an over-comer of all giants and obstacles. Stand and fight and win the battle, as you move forward stand tall and know that you will claim VICTORY over any obstacle that gets in your way. Choose to be Extraordinary!!
