What we want to do for new salespeople is to take the work that took Ali Reda ten years and compress it into something that can happen in five. What he did is duplicatable - it’s just about getting to the next level.

We have these “magic phone calls,” you see. We’ll talk about those in more detail a little later. In a nutshell, it’s a pretty powerful meeting of minds. Ali explains to us this week that having a coach and a mentor is what’s going to separate you. A coach can bring awareness in ourselves that we all need to grow.

  • Why are they here?
