Protective & Marine Coatings & Polyurethane spray foam "overspray removal from vehicles"

My name is Jeff Suggs and I am the owner and operator of Paint Overspray Removal of Texas International Services.  I wanted to discuss overspray damage to vehicles.  My company specializes in the removal of Protective  Marine coatings & industrial grade Polyurethane spray foam in the form of overspray.  These products are some of the strongest and most adhesive sold in the world.  We are the only company in the world that has demonstration videos of us removing these products and many more. We have saved insurers, contractors, and individuals millions by repairing 100% vehicles, this would include all paint, glass, trim & molding pieces.  Over the last 23 years of trial and error I have invented several methods to remove overspray from auto paint and the trim & molding pieces.

One of these methods that I use to remove overspray when the clay bar from places like Auto magic, 3M and others will not work is called blading.  Long before the clay bar was ever invented this was and still is my chosen method when I am dealing with industrial grade coatings.  I use a carbon tipped single edged razor blade to remove any type of overspray damage known to man. This method has never failed me in over two decades, hundreds of claims, and thousand of vehicle repairs. This takes a very steady hand and lots of practice.  I self taught myself many years ago. I also use a Sony HD camera with no cutaways in the filming while blading process is being used to prove to anyone that can't believe what they are seeing that no damage is occurring during my cleaning process. (Do not try this one any vehicle, you will damage it)

One of my other methods to repair auto trim & moldings from overspray damages, also restores these parts to better than new.  This process is call my auto custom trim package. This process extends the life span of these parts by polishing them to a high gloss finish. I will link one of these videos to this article to demonstrate what I mean by extending the life span by polishing them out.  One of the main reasons that I am able to do all of these special cleaning techniques to vehicles is the use of machinery as demonstrated in most everyone of my videos.  All of the major overspray companies claim to fame is that all work is done by hand. This only means that you are going to get the bare minimum of service when they are working on your vehicles.  I have over two decades of experience in the use of machinery to repair any type of paint damage.

I wanted to post this article for any members that my have an overspray problem.  I am willing to teach anyone that wants to learn some of my many different methods to repair every piece of a vehicle from overspray damage.  If someone has some damage to their vehicle, just give me a call or an email and I can walk you through it.http://vimeo.com/24037135
